  1. Dealing with protesters and health mandates is solely the responsibility of the municipal police departments and provincial police, not the federal government and not the army. Trudeau’s only mistake was to insult the convoy by ignoring their pleas to sit down with them and discuss the issue of border vaccine mandates for truckers, even if only as a photo op. How rude.
