First, he denigrated joe Biden for capitulating to Putin’s threats, although there is no evidence for this accusation, and then he goes on to proscribe his idea for capitulating to Putin’s war efforts by slicing Ukraine into a western and eastern half and giving what’s east of the Dnieppre River to Putin. What a weakling.
