  4. Let’s recognize there’s a big difference between inciting hate and violence, and just saying or postering a word or a picture. One is dangerous and illegal, while the latter is just a word (or pic), and is therefore open to interpretation by the viewer or the interlocutor. Words by themselves are highly subjective
