  2. Electrical code requirements for pools, spas and hot tubs are pretty specific, strict and onerous in Canada, and even in the United States, too. Mexico hasn’t caught up to such codes, or they are too corrupt a society to even care about following them. Even the inspector is on the take and being bribed by the contractor. And this tragedy is the result. Good luck suing these people .... in a foreign court
