  1. Canada’s gun laws need review and improvements. His previous restraining order was violated and he was fined in court, but because this was a civil matter and not a criminal court no connection was made to anything like firearms ownership. Crazy loophole, with tragic consequences.

  2. Seems like everyone here was a victim. Victims of inaction on a genuine complaint, loud noise from an electrical transformer next to his condo. Why does the Ontario building code allow a dwelling next to or above a mechanical room?
