  1. If most crime were committed by the Asian community, then police would have more patrols and frisking in Chinatown and little Korea. And if Italians were committing all the crime then cops would be flooding little Italy and Woodbridge. But if crime is way up around Jane and Finch, then the police are ‘out of control’.
