  3. If you intentionally destroy Option A then people will naturally be interested in Option B. This was Fords strategy all along. Unfortunately, these same people are being fooled, as there will be even longer wait times if a second option is opened up. There’s only so many doctors and nurses, and none leftover to fill any new private clinics or new private hospitals
