  1. The average price of a tiny home in Ontario is about $80,000. A really nice one with all the bells and whistles will be about $110,000. Some industrious people have put together decent looking homes for as little as $50,000, with their own labour and some salvaged building materials

  2. Tiny homes are a real threat to the housing and developer lobbies. It could seriously put a dent in their multi-billion dollar profit margins.

  4. Yes, we do need government housing when developers spend decades choosing to build only the most expensive and most profitable mansions on what little land is left in big cities.

  6. Developers are to blame. They influence government policy. They are the White mafia here in Ontario, the closest thing we have to organized crime. I know it. I’ve seen it and I’ve been a part of it.
