  1. Passengers were held against their will on a cold, dark airplane overnight for about 12 hours. No food, no communications as to what’s going on or what to expect. Sorry, but that’s not good enough, Vancouver airport. I’m using the emergency exit after 4 hours, regardless of the consequences. If you can’t operate a functioning airport don’t ask planes to land there, just to trap passengers on a plane overnight
