  1. Corrupt governments eventually collapse under their own weight. Look at the current state of the Russian army. N. Korea is teetering on the brink of famine, for the past 40 years. Soldiers are mere stick figures, and all N. Koreans are about 3 inches shorter than their South Korean counterparts, mostly due to chronic starvation.
