  1. I don’t think BRICS leaders are likely to co-operate that deeply with each other, to their collective benefit. Western blocks do this quite well; OECD, G7, G20, OPEC, NATO, ... these blocks are all successful because the individual players understand the benefits of co-operating with outsiders
