  1. I’m surprised a scientist would think herd immunity can be achieved within a vaccinated population. There is no scientific data to support this popular myth. Herd immunity is a state of immunity which exists only in populations that have acquired a particular virus naturally and developed an immunity to that virus naturally, not through a vaccine. This was demonstrated to be about 67% of a given population.
