  24. The TTC is a vast network and a city wide mad house. It requires its own police force and paramedics. It’s communication systems are antiquated, stuck in the good ole days of 1975. Collectors oftentimes have no idea their station is being bypassed or has been shut down due to some emergency at track level. They’re often the last employees to know what’s going on, you know, the same people whom the riders rely on for vital information like a shut down, a stabbing or a fire.

If you are outvoted on any particular repairs or changes, modifications or upgrades you’re sunk. Nothing you can do. And if some sort of deficiency makes your condo unliveable then it is also likely to be unsellable. Who’s want to buy a defective condo? Now you’re stuck with it for life. Never invest in a condo.
