  2. If the kaffiyeh is banned in the legislature then so should all other religious and political symbols. No more t-shirts supporting Ukraine, no more Christian crosses around people necks, get rid of the Jewish yarmulka, the Muslim head scarf, make it equal across the board, don’t single out one religion or one identifiable group. One man (the Speaker of the House) should not be able to unilaterally impose a new rule on what people can and can’t wear. This is not the Taliban. Or Quebec
