  3. Local news just reported he went to court and was fined for violating a previous restraining order involving his neighbours. He was fined as a result, but this was in a CIVIL court, not a criminal court, so no association was made between his case and any weapons or RPALS, PALS or FAC’s. This is a glaring loophole in “the system” and needs to be fixed now. Peoples lives depend on it
