Recent immigrants from places with little to no health care, poor nutrition, lower levels of health and vitality, insufficient sanitation, etc., etc. No North Americans (Canada and US) have died from measles in about 60 years, since before the measles vaccine was introduced. Argue all you want, but this is what the facts and the science tell us.
