  1. Politicians who make the rules couldn’t care less if people freeze to death, otherwise they would’ve done something to prevent this recurring annual tragedy. My former local city councillor, Ana Bailaõ, constantly talked a good talk about solving this chronic homeless problem for at least two decades.
