  1. The only way to deal even remotely effectively with an extremely violent and deadly psychotic megalomaniac like Putin is to out-do his threats with even more extreme threats of your own. To wit; Any use of any nuclear munition by Russia will result in the immediate annihilation of any and all Russian military targets, materiel and personnel, with reservation for the wiping off the map of any major Russian civilian population (like the entirety of Moscow and Leningrad), by NATO and EU forces, as they see fit. Putin has children too.
