All these tunnels were built by Israel. There is no “secret” terror tunnels. They’ve always known exactly where they are, but they make it seem like they were built by Hamas, and had to be “discovered” by heavily armed IDF fighters. From CNN: “It was probably five or four decades ago that we helped (the Palestinians) to build these bunkers in order to enable more space for the operation of the hospital within the very limited size of this compound,” [former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud] Baruk said.
