  2. Admitting he threw his gun away also proves he had his hand on his gun and was brandishing a loaded handgun in front of a cop. How many milliseconds do you suppose elapsed between the time he threw the gun away and threw his hands up in the air? Maybe a half second? The cop had maybe a half second to make a life and death decision. The cop saw a gun in his hand and he defended himself. Sounds good. Case closed. Charges thrown out. You are free to go. Now arrest the kids parents. What is a 13 year old doing running around at 2 or 3 am in a darkened lane way with a handgun? What happened to personal and familial responsibility? What ever happened to anti-child endangerment laws?
