  4. Decades ? Not so. USA had updated that Ukraine would run out of artillery shells by Jan 2024. With Ukraine not having enough Weapons, Ammo, Manpower and MONEY, Putin might be thinking launching his own counter-offensive in 2024 to grab more lands if Zelensky fail to concede to defeat.
