  4. What's sad is you think Bannon is immune to lawful subpoenas. If he did nothing wrong (which I highly doubt due to his last thieving crime in which he accepted a pardon for aka an admission of guilt) then he wouldn't have anything to worry about by complying with the Jan 6th committee.
