The capital riot was a failed Independent style, but the country is really hanging in the balance right now and paving a way for a tyrannical government and the destruction of democracy, i.e. sneak through the back. Heck, we're already seeing it in Texas and the Supreme Court, and all these so called voter integrity laws.

  3. No, the FBI found no credible evidence that the capital riot was a coordinated insurrection effort. It's because the majority of the rioters got caught up in the moment, but they still broke the law and the majority are being charged with trespassing, destruction of property, assault on police officer and among other things. That's why a lot of them got off light. It's just speculative to what would've happen if the rioters have gotten to the Congress people.

  5. Unfortunately, the law has set a high bar in order for it to constitute an insurrection. They are being charged with trespassing, destruction of government property, assault on police officer, and other things.
