Ok, Trump didn't incite. But he led them to the capital after lying to them about a stolen election to enrage them and watched them violently break into the building and beat up cops while doing nothing to stop it for hours.

That's because the FBI didn't have all the evidence that the J6 committee was able to get. Insurrection or not, they were looking to harm lawmakers and obstruct a Constitutional certification of an elected president.

Plenty of evidence to properly deem J6 as an insurrection. At the time, the FBI concluded that there's no evidence suggesting that the riot was coordinated in an effort to overthrow the government. But the J6 committee have uncovered that the insurrection or riot wasn't even part of the original plan schemed up by Trump and his synchophants.

@KeepitReal2772 I agree. So many missed opportunities on Biden's part to be a transformative president for the greater good. He has less than a year left before the midterms and there's not much left he can do.
