It's true. Somebody is buying these ridiculously overpriced houses. Most people appear to be loaded. Are they all just in massive debt though?

If the poor stopped getting poor and started getting rich then they wouldn't be poor anymore and the rich would be the poor. In conclusion, there will always be the poor.

@kevinwarburton2938 In that case give everyone free money and keep printing and we'll all be rich? Doesn't work like that. The economy needs to directed into productive areas.

@kristoffscuba5466 36 percent of 68 percent = 25 percent. But indeed, anyone who hasn't ridden the zirp asset bubble (the young-ish)-everyone under 40 who hasn't received massive house price fueled inheritance, is getting screwed.
