  1. Why? They bought well below market value and at around one twentieth of its book value. Credit Suisse shareholders got screwed, UBS got a great deal.

  5. China already had a bunch a bank runs. They just post a bunch of armed guards outside the banks. Nobody is withdrawing anything!
