  3.  @brownsugar9942  Look, in the Netherlands and France I know they eat ham for breakfast, but here it's simply not done. And it isn't on. Ham is for putting on some stale hovis and is eaten as a sandwich. We are not continentals and we should be respected. What if I want to take a sandwich to work and some continental has scoffed my lunch ham at an inappropriate time?
