  4. Next, Putin and co. give orders to those who are in the upper echelons of public organisms in Moscow to send their bureaucrats to some random stadium to "celebrate the annexation." Many of those bureaucrats will rather not be there, but if they don't go, they will lose their jobs. So the stadium will get filled with unenthusiastic people who will watch a decadent artist perform. Putin will speak and explain that Russia is back, that Russia is stronger than ever, that destiny demands that Russia keeps expanding and that those people in eastern Ukraine are now being protected - although in fact, they have been sent to the frontlines. And that's how part II of the farce to justify their murderous land grab will go down.
