  6.  @LukVik  Whether he cares about the oppressed or not, those who are oppressed will sympathise with the way in which he has been victimised. (Is there actually a tradition for MAGA supporters to marry their close cousins? I thought that was more of a Muslim thing - or something prevalent in isolated communities where there ain't much choice.)

  7.  @rahimmajid647  Why not though? He's merely behaving as they themselves would behave if they happened to have been born into great wealth. The fact that he's getting shafted by the establishment - as the oppressed have been all their lives - just adds to the sense of fellow-feeling. Trump is actually a working-class hero.
