  4. Some conspiracy theories do turn out to be actual conspiracies, though. Quite a number in fact. Others are deliberately injected into public discourse in order to lessen the credibility of those which are true.

  6. You're wrong. A number of experiments have shown that using the type of rifle the shooter had would result in the bullet passing through the upper ear and leaving quite a small hole. Either explanation is possible, but if the shooter was aiming at Trump's head it is unlikely he would have been so bad a shot that he would have hit the teleprompter.

  8. Experiments by gun enthusiasts have shown that a shot from a rifle like the shooters would have passed through the ear leaving a relatively small hole. Either theory is possible but it is interesting that TDS sufferers are reluctant to allow Trump the glamour of being actually shot.
