  1. This is untrue. Read the Reform constitution. Members - and they are members - have full voting rights on policy issues and in any leadership contests, and can also call for a vote of no confidence in the leader if more than 50% agree. Reform is registered political party which also happens to be a limited company, but one limited by membership, not shareholder.
