Clearly, the police and politicians can't protect us its up to ourselves Canada needs its own stand your ground laws and castle doctrine!

  4. In Canada, you can't carry weapons for self-defense! Ei why Canada needs its own 2nd amendment type laws. I would say she would have been justified to use pepper spray or a tazer as she ran away, and he ran after her. She would have been protecting herself and a small child. I think most people would say it would be justified.
