Fun Fact: The House impeachment inquiry was launched because, the whistle-blower complaint was deliberately withheld from members of Congress.

Meanwhile, one of Rudy Giuliani's indicted henchmen and a key witness, has agreed to cooperate with congress’ impeachment inquiry. Lev Parnas, who has been linked to the Ukraine scandal, is prepared to provide testimony and records to congress, his lawyer said. Sweet.

Army Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, listened in on the July 25 phone call. Vindman told Congress that he tried to edit a White House log of the call betweenTrump and Zelenskiy, to include details that were omitted. Vindman said that the White House transcript left out important words and phrases. The omissions included Trump making reference to Joe Biden.
7
Officials were directed by White House lawyers to remove the transcript from the computer system where such transcripts are typically stored. The transcript was instead stored in a separate system that is used to store and handle classified information of an especially sensitive nature. This set of actions underscored that White House officials understood the gravity of what had transpired in the call.

After the White House cut off military aid to Ukraine, Trump’s top officials scrambled to get it restored but were unable to organise a meeting with him, because his staff were too busy pursuing his interest in buying Greenland, according to the newly released congressional testimony of Bill Taylor. DOH!

Justice Scarpulla found that "Mr. Trump breached his fiduciary duty to the Foundation allowing his campaign to orchestrate" a televised fundraiser for the foundation in Iowa, allowing the campaign to direct the distribution of the money raised "to further Mr. Trump's political campaign."

Gordon Sondland described "a continuum," beginning with a May 23 meeting and "ending up when the transcript of the call came out." "It started as talk to Rudy, corruption was mentioned. Then, as time went on, let's get the Ukrainians to give a statement about corruption. And then, no, corruption isn't enough, we need to talk about the 2016 election and the Burisma investigations."

That complaint says that White House officials were so concerned about what Trump said, in the July call with Zelenskiy that they intervened to "lock down" the transcript of the conversation.
2
The complaint details the days following the call: “Senior White House officials had intervened to ‘lock down’ all records of the phone call, especially the official word-for-word transcript of the call that was produced as is customary by the White House Situation Room”.

The complaint was released as the acting DNI, Joseph Maguire testified. Maguire said he had initially been blocked from releasing the complaint to Congress. Maguire said his office was informed that “much of the information in the complaint was in fact subject to executive privilege." He insisted: “I believe the whistleblower was acting in good faith. I think he did the right thing.”
