  7.  @pavementstoneguy  I watch it every couple of days... 20 mins just enough to get the job done. I've gone weeks without watching it because I was too busy or working in some rural area with no internet and it wasn't difficult. I don't see what the issue is. If some guys are gooning 5x/day and not accomplishing anything or even going outside then yeah they should quit. For me, alcohol was a bigger problem I had to completely quit because I couldn't moderate myself. "I'll just have a couple drinks tonight" turns into 12 and I'm out until 4am and go home with some fat chick

  8.  @marcelking1488  I'd argue paying for it is more harmful to your psyche. You're doing something that makes your brain release strong emotional bonding chemicals (iirc there's research that shows they're much stronger with the real thing vs. your hand) that you have no intention of forming an emotional bond with.
