  1. Now that's funny. Those who have the labour gets to implement those industries and solace for those who can't afford it. Can we use AI, Chatgpt to solve some of the manpower shortage. Now we hear VF coming to Singapore, then Seatrium get a part of that 300 GW wind turbine job. Seatrium can employ up to 50,000 workers in welding, painting, engineering. VF needs at least a few hundred merchandisers, designer, mrp, managers. Seriously. That is real trouble. 🤣👮‍♂️

  3. That's probably true, Singapore doesn't have that many schooled in coding. Engineering in NUS is 2000 a year at most, 1000 a year in computer sciences. Where to find 27,000 a year. I better listen to the speech again. 🫣👮‍♂️

  4. KS = we have discuss this before. HDB average height is 12 floors in 1980, we can demolish & rebuild to 48 floor post 2010. The Pinnacle <now a very desired address> was part of the master plan discussed by the Establishment. We can actually fit 10 million people, and have more green space and can produce food to feed 70% of the nutritional needs & calories. It is called "secretly" Megacity Singapore 🇸🇬 " 😅

  5. We will be building more underground tunnel for roads, we will have vertical farms subsidise construction cost of 150 metre high vertical farms, spacedome. There are some opposition to these plan but the master planner for Singapore had agreed to it. 👮‍♂️

  10. Minister LW "subsidies" 奇 has strange methods of public communications. We know 80 000 computer programmer is impossible as we only have fewer than 3,000 per cohort. Just like President Halimah "team D" exhort upgrade education of healthcare workers is also strange, 奇, we can add in "equipment " that reduce healthcare hours per bed 🛌 , not otherwise. We wait for clarification from President Halima "team D" and Minister Wong "subsidies" 奇. This could be interesting MASS COMMUNICATION methods generate interest among the voters. <most people don't bother about politician speeches, those who do, influences public opinion>. P.S. I am studying mass communication methods of our politicians after the fiasco of "little India riots". 🫣👮‍♂️

  14. Just did a little search. 1. Singapore has 90,000 programmers now. That's about 6% of the local workforce. 2. Malaya has 150,000 programmers. That's about 1.5% of the workforce. The latest requisition to MND, <MoEA>, we need 250,000 more till 2025. FORTUNATELY we do have solution. Computer programmers can be outsourced. We can use Chengdu, Taipei, Kunming as service centres. Remember, if 10% of the local workforce are programmers, it is very delibilitating for other Industries. San Francisco case study show terrible inflation and hurts the B40 badly. Singapore foreign & Migrant workforce = 100% local citizens. MoHA must consider social stability and effects on the B40, M40 in Singapore. 😳👮‍♂️

We generally class them as T20, M40 & B40. <unlike the Gen 1, Gen 2 citizenry, the Gen 3, Gen 4 citizens is more educated, travelled and has access with a lot of referral of library, print, radio and the biggest is Internet.> We see here is President Halimah "team D" and Minister LW "subsidies" 奇, developmental mass communication. Their last few speeches create more "curiosity" because of the strange 奇 effect on the Influentials in our society in the immediate and the clan networks in the broader bloc. Let's see what "team d" and "left wing 奇" come up with next. A lot of the response, is reflected in the messages posted.   19. You got to outsource. Singapore cannot have 10% of the local workforce just on coding. It will labour supply squeeze out other industries and cause severe inflation as a result. Let's watch on the coordination between MND, MoM, MoHA discuss the issues. 😶‍🌫️👮‍♂️
