  1. Nova Scotia has always relied on healthcare transfer payments from two other provinces. If they actually built an economy, that wasn’t just jobs in government; they could avoid some of these problems on their own . It’s been a half not province for as long as I’ve been alive, and it’s not changing anytime soon . Seriously, if you want to improve the health care conditions of your people, start promoting business and get your tax dollars into your healthcare system.
