@wendyslittleprogram3984 Brexit has caused most of those problems. Is harder to live & work in Europe. There's a shortage of drivers because so many were from Europe. Erasmus is gone replaced with a naff version with fewer benefits. Plus the gov were known to be idiots before they were voted in. Even Boris's own former Conservative newspaper boss said Boris was useless. Meanwhile Michael Gove was last seen coked-up at a rave in Aberdeen. Jeez. Not really any empty shelves in Europe at the moment, either.
