French nuclear tech is very good. Please learn about a subject before you rattle on like a tabloid headline generator.

It takes some talent to annoy New Zealand, China and France all at the same time for different reasons. Has the UK decided WW3 will be cool because no one will talk about Brexit anymore?

@chattonlad9382 The original plan was diesel, the French offered to do nuclear versions and the Aussies considered it but said no. There's certainly been issues with the French contract (hacking, cost overruns) but this all seems a bit off, just adding more turmoil for little benefit.

Bananas Aretops That's weird, the Triomphant-class subs look just as impressive as other nuclear submarines. They also have a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier which puts them one up on us.

@joannakennedy6005 The alliances we've built up over half a century we appear to be deliberately fracturing for short-term gain. Much like the politicians have set half the country against the other half. This is not the happy cheery Brexit that people were promised. You may be happy about it, but few others are.
