Of course HCQ does not reduce mortality rate. It has to be given at the very early stages to be effective. A US virologist and an Israel virologist already confirmed the context of its effectivity. How many of us will be diagnosed at the early stages of the virus? The WHO is really useless. This is what you get when you pretend to be the "World Health Organization". They are a disgrace to the whole medical profession including their supporters who cannot present their data publicly for all other doctors and lay people to scrutinize. We live in the internet age and they pretend that we live in the 1900's.
