  1. Unlike the United States or the West, you do not want to put spies in the Philippines. The Japanese did that before World War 2. The Philippines was brutally ruled by the Spaniards and the Americans. If you are a spy, kiss your ass goodbye. Filipinos seem to be Nationalistic but aren't. They are Clan. Its one of the reasons why the Communist NPA's were never ever to take hold in the Philippines. This is why there is Crab Mentality. Not good for the Nation but for the good of the Clan.
