  8.  @taijahcameron5493  Actually they weren't, he had all his organs when he was found. They were removed during his autopsy and handed over to the funeral home in a separate bag, which is very common. The procedure is for the funeral home to either properly dispose of the organs, or embalm them and put them into the body cavity. When not put back into the body, the body cavity is filled instead with sawdust or cotton, in this case newspapers (which was once common but fell out of practice in the 70s). So please stop spreading that rumor.
