  5. I'm not using psychology or anything for my opinion. This is just how I see it. If you're negative, right or wrong, people are less likely to care about what you have to say. This guy was being pushy, he took over the group just like the old guy did. Notice how people in the group didn't like them. The guy was also pointing fingers at others. I get it. He's trying to win and wants to point out the mole. But to directly call them out wasn't the right move. Maybe if he had better proof, it would have been more convincing but without it, he comes off as somewhat of a jerk. Also, if you want to be the leader in the group, you should talk about yourself too. Maybe talk about yourself first and then start questioning others.
