I feel like judgement like this is so weird. Like you can't even question someone on a comment like this because they'll attack you. They can have similar interest, can they not?

@jemwithouttheholograms8806 I'll say this. For two people to date, I don't think they need to be in the same place in life. A lot of people seem to push that. At the end of the day, you're likely dating someone with similar interests. That is enough. Your date doesn't have to be your school friend, coworker, etc. It could be a random person. As far as the example goes, I think it is strange from a societal point but that's about it. I'm not going to call someone out in the video who they're dating. It's not my problem and frankly, I don't care what they're doing. They haven't broken any rules.

@jemwithouttheholograms8806 Their interests? People share interest in music, shows, etc. You don't have to be in the same stage of your life to be in a relationship. Also, the example given in the original comment was someone that has graduated, not someone who hasn't. I noticed you brought that down lower in your comment.

@gie3973 Something I've noticed is that people go out of their way to give negative examples like "This person is being manipulated" or something. I watched a psychologist talk about situations like this and either person can be manipulated. People act like a 20 year old is manipulated by a 30 year old or older but it can happen either way. The 20 year old can be more mature than the 30 year old. The video kind of opened my eyes because society usually has a negative reaction no matter what. I'm sure we all know about some people manipulating older people(40 or older) for their money but no one brings that up.

@notwerkinginthishouse8634 You sound like someone who should watch how they talk to me. I didn't say that. Don't put words in my mouth. Don't talk to me if you're going to say something ignorant. This is exactly what I'm talking about. People can't say anything to people like you because you're so quick to attack.

@TheHairiestPotter This is what I'm talking about. You can't talk about anything concerning this without people feeling the need to attack the other person. Did I attack you? I literally said it's strange from a societal point but I guess you didn't catch that part.
