  1. There is no food shortage. Russia has enough grain to feed the whole world.  But USA and NATO did not allow Russia to export grain by monopolistic restrictions.

  2. Russia is the world's largest grain exporter with share 15%; Ukrain - 5-th place with share 8%. Now the West is blocking the supply of Russian grain to the world market by monopolistic actions, so food prices got rising. Lift illegal Western restrictions and the whole world will get cheap food products.

  3.  @1ndragunawan  OK. Сorection first. Export of grains and legumes from Russia in calendar 2022 amounted to 45.5 million tons against 45.6 million tons a year (2021) earlier. Hence it decreased, not increased as you said. Next, I will say like this: Russia has sufficient stocks of grain so that the world does not suffer from food shortages in 2023. Russia produces and exports much more grain than Ukraine. The export of Russian grain in the current agricultural year (from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023) may reach 60 million tons. The Grain Deal provided that trade would be conducted by both Russia and Ukraine. And it is right. The West is blocking Russian trade. And it's illegal, immoral and leads to the food price rising and starvation in Africa. Is it clear now.
