  2. The anger should have been shown just after the government received a world risk report from the WHO in September 2019 that told them to prepare for a pandemic. But we are a nation of simple folk with simplistic ideas about the world and those in power. And so, anger can never be shown, we just smile as our poor and vulnerable are picked off one by one.
