  22. For me…I appreciated Kim Hee-chul comment. Rescue dogs have been hurt, their trust level is low. People need to be aware of the dog’s past as much as possible. This way they are cared for in the right way. I have seen where many time rescue dogs have become very good companions after they have been cared for. Their some medical procedures they have to learn like how not to burn scalp with products they use. Tattoo artist need certification so they and the customers are protected. When my friends get depressed, I go sit with them. They don’t want people to give advice, they just want someone to be with them. Also people need to cry. If not, depression goes deeper. It’s like cleaning out a wound, it won’t heal if not cleaned out properly. So if anyone is a good friend to Jackson, call him and ask if you can come over, remember just be with him, have a cup of tea or even, go and take a walk with him, get him some fresh air. I hope the “scapegoating” stops and that the police department from now on develops a procedure on how to facilitate large crowds. May what they do, enable people to be safe at future events.

If they wanted this person out, they shouldn’t have approved the surgery and told the person to leave. This person should stay in the military and if the gender is female, be with the female soldiers. Sorry to hear about this terrible action. Hope whatever this person’s next steps will be, it will be toward the person’s betterment.
