I want to see the incriminating evidence legally acceptable to courts. As long as no evidence presented, no one is guilty. It is called presumption of innocence.

No one knows which bullet killed her until the proper investigation is conducted. Many blame Israel, but they cannot substantiate the allegation. I suspect that Russians are involved in this story. This wave of violence commenced right after Israel voted in the UN in support of Ukraine. PLO, Hamas and Hezbollah are political allies of Russians and I do not exclude that Putin wanted Israel pay for support of Ukraine so Putin engaged friends of Russia in the Middle East to teach Israel lesson... I do not see how Israel can be interested in the killing this or another journalist. Aljazeera will quickly find the new one to replace the killed one. The line of candidates for the job is long. In contrast, the Russians are the one who are interested to maximize the noise elsewhere to deflect the attention of international community from Putin's war in Ukraine and the atrocities Russian soldiers commit there.

In contrast with the barbaric Middle East, which still lives mentally in 7 CE, we, in the West, live in 21 century and our legal doctrine demands that each item of allegation must be proven "beyond reasonable doubt". The Arab propaganda get used to the fact that they can blame Israel for all trouble of the Arab and Muslim world, but the Arabs have never proven their allegations. All civilized people know that Israel is located on the small part of historic Jewish land and that it is the Arabs who occupy the Jewish land, which one day will be liberated from the forces of the hopeless Muslim darkness.

Hamas Constitution objective says: destruction of the State of Israel and all its Jewish population. Hamas is crystal clear that they are not willing to live in peace with IL as the Jewish State in any from, shape and size. Hamas does not care that Bible says that Israel is the Jewish Land. They shot rocket from Gaza to the Israeli cities, incl. schools, residential areas with the purpose of killing innocent civilians.
