  1. I'm hearing reports from people who are kept on hold for hours to get through to FEMA and then hung up on. Where is FEMA? Why aren't we seeing FEMA sites set up with food and water distribution? What is going on? People without power are waiting on hold and then hung up on. This is not OK!! FEMA needs to step it up, set up sites for people who need to apply for assistance and get what they need.
