  1. "Where there is no vision, the people perish." Give people a hope for the future, opportunities, a sense of security and safety, give them a sense that there will be a good future for any children they might have. Basic survival and constant wars and conflicts, poverty and suffering doesn't do that. It steals hope, it creates a sense of hopelessness instead. It drains all of us of our energy, keeping us in fight or flight mode constantly. Not exactly a recipe for nesting and reproducing and then raising up a child. Put your money where your mouths are. Stop spending it all on wars, conflicts and weapons of war. Put it back into society where it's most needed. Then you'll see another baby boom emerge.
