Pretty sure a trigger happy settler mistook the 14 year old shepherd for a Palestinian youth and killed him. Then tried to cover it up blaming any Palestinian they could pin it on. These settlers are violent, armed and under absolutely no rule of law. It's a free for all for them and they know it. Until the Israeli military regime stops breaking international law, they should have no seat on the UN, no support from anyone and sanctions imposed upon them.
